Job Summary

As a key member of the Walmart Canada Corp team, the Office Support Associate plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity and accuracy of store operations. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals looking to develop their skills in the retail industry and contribute to the success of a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial reports, including warehouse receiving detail, inventory tracking, and store clearance listings.
  2. Inventory Control: Work closely with the inventory team to maintain accurate inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
  3. Reporting and Analysis: Review and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Operational Support: Assist with various operational tasks, including processing D38/D40 MTRs, supporting DSD and claims, and maintaining accurate records.
  6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
  7. Accounting and Reconciliation: Reconcile financial transactions, process cash fund transfers, and ensure accurate and timely payment of merchandise and services.
Requirements
