This permanent, full-time role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service and products.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
- Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
- Develop and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing during peak periods.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and teamwork.
- A competitive salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
