$45.00 per hour + Pediatric Premium
Job Description
In this role as a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide scheduled visits to patients in various settings, working with patients of pediatric ages with differing complexity of care needs. You will play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes, executing and continuously monitoring care plans, and engaging patients using a collaborative approach by building rapport and trust.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required
- Pediatric experience is mandatory
- Experience in delivering community care is an asset
- Reliability and flexibility
- Willingness to travel to and from patient residences within a designated area
- Passion for making a difference in your community
