Job Description

This role at AW650 Inc. is responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our food service operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, with expertise in allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of materials, human resources, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
Leadership and Supervision:

The Food Service Director will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure the successful execution of our food service operations.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of food service operations.
  • Large Workload: Manage a large workload, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities as needed to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Personal Suitability:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record in leadership, resource allocation, and policy formulation.
