Job Description:

Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Green Diamond Equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for selling new and previously enjoyed BRP products to customers in a defined sales area.

About the Role:

This is a full-time employment opportunity with advancement possibilities and a competitive compensation package that includes salary, commission, health benefits, and a pension plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company professionally in the sale of products to customers in a defined sales area;
  • Understand and utilize a CRM program effectively to deliver an outstanding customer experience;
  • Demonstrate a dynamic, fun, and fast-paced work environment;
  • Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially salable by the dealership;
  • Monitor competitive activity/products and timely communicate to management accordingly;
  • Maintain all customer information in assigned territory for sales management;
  • Familiarize yourself with a defined sales process;
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of customer events;
  • Conduct new equipment field demonstrations;
  • Monitor trends in customer's business activities and timely communicate to management via our CRM;
  • Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods;
  • Attend applicable sales training events/seminars.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience;
  • Knowledge of BRP (Bombardier Recreational) equipment an asset;
  • Able to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions;
  • Able to work flexible hours;
  • Candidates must be coachable and have a desire to learn;
  • Excellent customer relationship skills;
  • Able to analyze and interpret basic sales reports;
  • High School diploma preferred;
  • Possess a positive dynamic and infectious attitude that drives success.

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $55,000-$75,000 depending on location, qualifications, and experience.
