Front Desk Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and the public
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Maintain accurate records, including scheduling appointments and maintaining work logs
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting mail
- Operate switchboard or telephone system
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP diploma
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
