Operational Manager for Scheduling and Team Efficiency

We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to oversee scheduling, team efficiency, and productivity at Paladin Security. This role requires a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and lead a team of up to 15 people.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Planning: Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems to optimize workloads and meet deadlines.
- Team Management: Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties and policies, as well as arrange training for existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders, providing updates on team performance, project status, and any challenges or opportunities.
- Education: A college diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution, with a focus on business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role, with a proven track record of success in scheduling, team management, and productivity improvement.
