Job Summary:

The Guest Services Manager is responsible for ensuring that all guest groups and their leaders have a positive experience at the Christian Camp and Conference Association. This includes understanding and managing guest expectations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that staff have the tools and knowledge to exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish a connection with every group leader before they arrive, understand their needs, and help them make their retreat/camp as great as it can be.
  2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail.
  3. Work with the staff to ensure that all guest services are provided in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with church leaders to ensure that they are satisfied with their experience at the Christian Camp and Conference Association.
  5. Help with marketing and sales efforts to ensure that occupancy goals are met.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a growing relationship with Jesus, a warm and welcoming personality, and a service-minded attitude. They will also be detail-oriented and able to keep track of multiple details from multiple groups.
