About the Role

RITZ CABINETS LTD is seeking an experienced Lead Painter to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting and finishing of our cabinetry products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of painters to ensure high-quality finishes and efficient production.
  • Develop and implement painting and finishing techniques to meet our quality standards.
  • Collaborate with designers and production staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct quality control checks to identify and address any defects or issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in painting and finishing.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
