Project Coordinator Job Description

The Project Coordinator is a key member of our team at Relentless Technology, responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our web development, design, and programming scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and manage project development from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including communications documents, and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis, ensuring seamless coordination and issue resolution.
  • Estimate resource requirements and negotiate with other department managers as needed to acquire necessary personnel.
  • Determine and assess the need for additional staff or consultants, making recommendations for recruitment if necessary.
  • Set and manage project expectations, delegate tasks, and identify and resolve issues within the project team.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, track progress, and develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Proven project management experience in web development, design, and programming.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
