About the RoleWe are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Kelowna, BC.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Process client transactions, including account openings, debit/credit card applications, and deposits.
- Sell and promote financial products and services to clients, achieving sales and referral targets.
- Support branch goals and objectives by participating in campaigns and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging issues, industry regulations, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to build a positive and diverse work environment.
- High School Diploma required.
- Completion of FW Sales Essentials Course within 6 months of hire required.
- College, Trade or Tech School Diploma (2 years) preferred.
- 2 years of retail/customer service experience or equivalent required.
- Sales and cash handling experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and recommend products and services.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
- Positive, flexible attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
