Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Manager to oversee international regulatory affairs for Jamieson Laboratories. This role involves preparing and maintaining regulatory submissions to various government bodies, requiring strong communication and project management skills.

About the Role
  • Oversight of registration dossiers assembly and tracking in a timely and accurate manner
  • Motivation and leadership of the International Regulatory Team
  • Supporting corporate objectives by ensuring timely completion of regulatory projects
  • Development and maintenance of processes to meet performance targets and efficiency goals
  • Creative solutions identification for overcoming international regulatory challenges
  • New opportunities identification for International sales within the regulatory environment
  • Review of ingredients/formulas for alternate markets based on regulatory requirements
  • Review of technical documentation generated from internal and external sources for international registrations
  • International label compliance review
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Biomedical Science, or a related Life Science field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in natural health product/dietary supplement registration
  • Significant experience registering products in international markets
  • Skilled in reviewing, assessing, communicating, and presenting scientific research
  • Ability to manage time, staff, and multi-faceted projects effectively
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Effective communication skills; other language fluency an asset
