Job Description

As an Assistant Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing front desk operations, including confirming reservations, renting storage units, and collecting rental payments
  • Maintaining the appearance of our facilities by cleaning them daily and performing regular inspections of storage units
  • Traveling between locations as needed, requiring access to a reliable vehicle
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication skills, with strong fluency in English
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (preferable)
  • 2 years of experience in customer service (preferable)
  • 2 years of experience in sales (preferable)
  • A valid driving license
