**Job Summary**

The Audiologist will provide leadership in the care of clients, contributing to the assessment, planning, development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of care related to the profession of Audiology in accordance with the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics as set out for Audiology by the College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists of Manitoba.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide clinical services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of hearing and balance disorders.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including auditory rehabilitation and counseling.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Conduct research and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical services.
  • Supervise and mentor students and junior staff members.

**Requirements**

  • Master's Degree in Audiology from an accredited post-secondary institution.
  • Active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba.
  • Eligibility for membership in Speech-Language and Audiology Canada.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English language proficiency, both written and verbal.

**Physical Requirements**

  • Must be in good physical and mental health and be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time without resting.
  • Must be able to work under stress and time constraints.

**Note**

This position is subject to a Criminal Records Check (including vulnerable sector), Adult Abuse Registry Check, and a Child Abuse Registry Check. The successful candidate will be responsible for any services charges incurred.
