We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to oversee the Come to Work Program Transition. This is a critical role that requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the project team is on track to meet key performance indicators and targets.
  2. Document knowledge, processes, and resources related to project delivery.
  3. Gather data, testimonials, and other materials that showcase the success of the Come to Work Project.
  4. Compile project reports as requested by the Government of British Columbia.
  5. Capture project-related costs and back-up documentation.
  6. Research and identify future funding opportunities for the Come to Work Program.
  7. Establish and steward stakeholder relations with potential funders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  3. Excellent communication and writing skills.
  4. Ability to work as a team and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  5. Experience in reporting on government projects is an asset.
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Ability to quickly absorb information and utilize it as insights.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft products and Customer Relationship Management software.

Work Environment
