We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Evaluators, Metrics, and Tooling platform team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in assessing Motion Planning performance and contributing to the development of high-quality processes and APIs to generate performance signals and create meaningful metrics.

This challenging role requires a deep understanding of robotics technologies, software development methodologies, and experience in designing, developing, and maintaining pipelines and tools to measure real-time engineering operations and processes. You will have the opportunity to work closely with core robotics engineers to better measure Motion Planning performance and collaborate with various capability owners to innovate and drive progress.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to develop high-quality APIs and code documentation. Additionally, they will be able to contribute significantly to the engineering lifecycle, including scoping, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of their team's work.

This position offers a competitive salary, estimated at around $140,000 per annum, benchmarked against the market and reviewed annually.
