We are seeking a seasoned Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic Research and Development team at EWS Group. If you are passionate about building scalable and high-quality software applications, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

This role involves collaborating with a cross-functional team to design, analyze, and implement innovative solutions using cutting-edge technologies. As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets the real-world needs of our customers.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing status updates on work in progress and completed
  2. Guiding solutions with the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical individuals
  3. Acting as an expert technical resource for solution design and implementation
  4. Ensuring high-quality and security-focused solutions
  5. Being flexible and adaptable while keeping the product and customer in focus
  6. Displaying an open-minded, positive attitude, and superior problem-solving skills

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. 5+ years of experience building scalable, high-volume web applications
  2. Experience with ASP.NET web applications
  3. Experience with building .NET/.NET Core web API development with security principles in mind
  4. Experience with RDBMS (MS SQL Server), including schema design, stored procedure creation, and DB optimization
  5. Experience using frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue, etc.)
  6. AngularJS is an asset
  7. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  8. Knowledge of Blazor is an asset
  9. Experience working with CI/CD pipeline tools such as JIRA and TeamCity
  10. Experience working within a cross-functional team with varying skillsets
  11. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
