We are currently looking for Full-time and Part-time Registered Nurses to join our team. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and provide care that is tailored to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assess, plan, and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients
  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • To participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • To contribute to the development of our organization through participation in quality improvement initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a strong understanding of the nursing process and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body
  • Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including company-sponsored health and dental benefits for you and your family, a retirement savings plan with a company contribution, paid sick days, paid orientation, and paid training.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 based on location and experience. We also offer flexible work schedules with more care time and less travel.
