Business Development Representative

• Participate in the development of long-term contractual agreements with customers to ensure optimal management of commercial activities.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with business rules of existing long-term contractual agreements to maintain a strong business relationship.
• Optimize the business relationship of assigned accounts through exceptional service in all dealings with existing and potential customers.
• Obtain, share, and track customer purchase forecasts to inform sales strategies.
• Take part in product development projects with the engineering team to drive innovation and growth.
• Organize and participate in various sales events to engage with customers and promote products.
• Create and present sales proposals to customers to secure new business opportunities.
• Act as liaison between customers, internal team, and supervisor to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Occasionally visit key customers to build strong relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Prospect and seek out new customers to expand the customer base.
• Achieve business objectives by meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering, or other relevant training or experience.
• At least 6 years' experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in setting up and managing long-term contractual agreements.
• Experience in manufacturing or related sector.
• Demonstrate customer service skills and autonomy as well as good analytical and synthesis skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English) for relations with English-speaking customers.
• Good knowledge of customer relationship management tools, mainly Salesforce.
