Senior Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Manager to join our team at eBrandon. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio, overseeing financial guidance, and ensuring timely planning and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Review corporate tax filings and manage client relationships to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax returns.
- Prepare and review personal tax returns, providing tax planning advice and staying up-to-date on tax law changes.
- Conduct thorough reviews of working paper files to verify calculations and documentation.
- Support and monitor the performance of direct reports, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching as needed.
- CPA designation or close to designation.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in public practice.
- Graduate from a recognized accounting program.
- Review engagement license is highly preferred.
- Proficient in tax accounting practices and CRA regulations.
- Experience in managing and supporting junior staff.
- Proficient in various accounting software.
- Excellent verbal and written skills for interacting with clients and staff.
