Caregiver Position in Brantford, Canada

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide essential care to clients in Brantford, Canada. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility needs.
  • Support with medication administration, daily exercises, and monitoring client health status.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, offering a listening ear and helping hand when needed.
  • Assist with light household duties such as cleaning and meal preparation.
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Canada.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings, preferably with similar populations.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy towards patients, and physical ability to perform lifting and supporting movements.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, ensuring timely support for our clients.
Competitive Salary Package

This full-time position offers a competitive salary package, inclusive of a base annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000 CAD, depending on experience. In addition, we provide opportunities for professional development and training, fostering a supportive and positive work environment.
