Property Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
River Ridge II Retirement Residence is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Assistant to support our facilities team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of our facilities, including plumbing, electrical work, painting, and cleaning.
- Perform duties related to building and grounds maintenance, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions to resident care and business operations.
- Meet the requirements for the position, including training/knowledge in maintenance and repair, ability to work independently, and cooperation with others.
Requirements:
- Some training/knowledge in plumbing, electrical work, painting, cleaning, and other minor repairs.
- Ability to self-regulate and work independently.
- Ability to cooperate with others.
- Received at least two (2) doses of a Health Canada approved Covid-19 vaccine.
