  • At Mountain Adventures Ltd., we are looking for a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, as well as schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
  • The Computer and technology knowledge required for this role includes proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Apart from technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent personal suitability, including the ability to multitask, be flexible, and be organized.
  • The working conditions for this role include a Permanent work term, English as the primary language of work, and 40 hours per week of work.
