Product Representative/Outside Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Representative/Outside Sales Specialist to join our team at ATAS International, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to architects, contractors, distributors, and other professionals involved in the design and construction of buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers, demonstrate products, and negotiate sales.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales efforts.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers as needed.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the building products industry.
  • Knowledge of architectural and engineering principles.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
