We're a national retail chain with a strong presence in BC, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team as a Home Decor Team Lead at our Nanaimo store.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in one of our stores, working closely with the Manager and Assistant Manager to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
As a Home Decor Team Lead, you'll be responsible for guiding customers in their decor choices, opening, preparing, and closing the store, training and coaching team members, supporting operational tasks, and maintaining visual standards and cleanliness.
You'll work closely with your team to ensure the performance of the store, drive sales, and maintain a positive working environment.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll need at least 2 years of retail sales experience, including experience in customer service leadership. You should have a passion for interior decor and merchandising, a commitment to a flexible schedule, and the ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs.
A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses, will make your hard work worthwhile.
