As a Senior Occupational Therapist with FunctionAbility Rehabilitation Services, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert assessment and treatment services to individuals with traumatic and acquired neurological injuries and severe orthopedic injuries.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated occupational therapist to join our team. In this role, you will assess and treat individuals suffering from various neurological, orthopedic disorders, mental health, and injuries.
You will assist clients with establishing and meeting meaningful goals within their home and community settings. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on occupational analysis and clinical reasoning.
Liaising with community partners and rehab professionals will be essential in facilitating client goals and independence. Additionally, you will maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions and establishing personal networks.

What We Offer- A competitive estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A University Degree in Occupational Therapy
- A minimum of 1 year of general OT mental health experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
