Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team at Easyimprint Incorporated. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional support to our staff, and contributing to the company's growth and success.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 35-40 hours per week. You will be required to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Operations: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, time management, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 based on the national average salary for an office administrator in Canada. However, please note that salaries can vary depending on location, experience, and other factors.
