About the Role
The Government of Alberta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the position of Strategic Director of Quality and Performance. As a key member of the Ministry of Health, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the acute care sector across the province.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve quality and performance in the acute care sector
- Provide leadership and coordination for the development and implementation of quality and performance frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address quality and performance issues
- Develop and manage performance metrics and reporting systems
Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field
- Significant experience in senior management leadership, preferably in the healthcare sector
