Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at AL AZLAAN LOGISTICS INC.

Job Summary:

The Truck Drivers Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our truck drivers, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers, ensuring that they are aware of their schedules, routes, and delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor Performance: Monitor the performance of truck drivers, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback and coaching to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that truck drivers comply with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Train and Develop: Train and develop truck drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to handle complex tasks and situations.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Coordinate logistics activities, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching, to ensure that deliveries are made on time and to the required standard.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
Working Conditions:

The Truck Drivers Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with truck drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
