Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Accelerate Business Agility Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, evaluating daily operations, and managing contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents
  • Develop and implement training and development strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Develop and maintain digital databases and filing systems
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
