Job Overview

Freshii is seeking a Strategic Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires 1-2 years of experience in a related field. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Requirements: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Recruitment Advertising: Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Management: Collect and screen applicants, advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, and notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
  • HR Support: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, determine eligibility to entitlements, and arrange staff training.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

Freshii offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
