Investment Associate, Private Wealth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investment Associate to join our Private Wealth team at BMO. As an Investment Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and support to our high net worth clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Provide personalized investment advice and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.
- Portfolio Management: Work closely with clients to develop and implement customized investment portfolios that meet their unique needs and risk tolerance.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including investment advisors, financial planners, and other support teams, to deliver exceptional client service and support.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Education: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and/or certification in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Registration: Registration as a Registered Representative (RR) and completion of the IIROC Continuing Education Program requirements.
- Specialized Knowledge: Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience, including verbal and written communication skills, collaboration and team skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and influence skills.
