Payroll Leadership Professional

Mainroad Group, a leading company in roadway maintenance services in Western Canada, is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the payroll department, ensuring compliance with provincial legislation and collective agreements. This is a full-time position based out of Mainroad's Corporate office in Cloverdale.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading a team of Payroll Administrators
- Managing all aspects of payroll, including processing payrolls for 19 operating companies
- Responding to payroll inquiries from employees and management
- Maintaining accurate records and reconciling payroll general ledger and CRA accounts
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in payroll management, preferably with a multi-payroll company. A Payroll Leadership Professional (PLP) designation is required. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $110,000 per year, based on industry standards.
