We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results and providing an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- OMVIC license is an asset
- Working knowledge of automotive sales and financing aspects
- Self-motivated, energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
