Mariposa Gardens Community & Retirement Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Aide to join our team. As a Health Care Aide, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains resident records and required documentation in accordance with policies and procedures and legislative requirements.
- Assists with medication administration, including BP monitoring, catheter care, and mobility exercises.
- Monitors resident well-being and completes all aspects of resident care as outlined in the personal service plan.
- Provides courteous service and answers resident call bells and door alarms promptly.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of Care Aid certificate program.
- Medication Certification.
- Current First Aid/CPR training and experience with medication assistance.
- Excellent command of the verbal and written English language skills.
- Ability to work independently and/or as a member of a team.
