Restaurant Operations Manager

Boujee Restaurant & Bar is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Financial Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, develop and implement cost-saving measures, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, monitor staff performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Menu Planning and Pricing: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement menu changes, adjust pricing strategies, and ensure menu items meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive dining experience for customers, address customer complaints, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing initiatives, develop and implement promotional campaigns, and maintain a strong online presence.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor legislation, and other relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
Working Conditions:
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
- English language required
