Job Description

Purelife Cleaning and Maintenance is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate statements of earnings for employees, including gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefit entitlements.
  • Maintain and update financial data, ensuring timely and secure processing.
  • Prepare and submit documentation for the administration of benefits, such as pension plans and medical insurance.
  • Manage payroll records, accurately calculating pay and benefit entitlements based on employee attendance, leave, and overtime.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of MS Excel and Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
