About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide in-depth technical guidance to our customers. This role requires a support-oriented individual with strong investigative and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document and track support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote meetings during business hours and after-hours.
  • Collaborate with a team of technical support representatives to efficiently prioritize and resolve issues affecting products and systems used by our customer base.
  • Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement through the design, development, and implementation of support processes, systems, and technology to enhance the technical support function.
  • Grow our long-term relationship with our customer base by providing outstanding customer support.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, ideally in satellite or wireless communication companies.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Excellent communication and customer support skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Availability to work after-hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Superb analytical and logical troubleshooting skills.
