About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Yaariyan Food Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages for customers.
    • Ensure that all food is handled, stored, and served in a clean and sanitary manner.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including utensils, equipment, and storage areas.
    • Assist in the cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment.
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Assist in the receiving, storage, and inventory of food and supplies.
    • Help to maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to customer needs.
    • Assist customers with orders and answer questions about menu items and services.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Language and Communication
    • Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability and Schedule
    • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
    • Ability to work 30 hours per week.
