Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Educator to join our team and teach the Pre Med program. This program is accredited by the Ministry of Colleges and Universities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering courses to Pre-Med students, creating lesson plans, and using provided instructor manuals to ensure students gain the necessary knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging lesson plans and teaching materials to deliver courses to Pre-Med students
  • Deliver classes as per schedule and meet desired outcomes for successful program completion
  • Assist students with their learning needs and provide individualized support
  • Marks tests, assignments, and exams, and provides constructive feedback to students
  • Maintain a positive learning environment and promote class decorum
  • Provide guidance to students on the program, related areas, and higher education opportunities
  • Answer queries from prospective students or clients regarding the program
  • Input data into computerized databases for student attendance and scores
  • Ensure student satisfaction through regular feedback
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by Manager and/or Supervisor

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to present information effectively
  • Professional attire and interpersonal skills to act as a mentor and role model
  • Experience with online teaching (training provided, but essential computer skills required)

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
