Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Estimate and Order Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and order them in a timely manner to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand and that we are not overstocked or understocked.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and that all food products are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing management with key performance indicators and insights into our operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
