Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Highway Snow Removal Equipment Operator to join our team at Emcon Services Inc. As a key member of our highway maintenance team, you will be responsible for operating various vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and efficient snow removal operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate snow removal equipment, including snowplows, salt trucks, and sanding trucks, to clear highways and roads of snow and ice.
  • Check, lubricate, refuel, and clean equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Report any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve safe and efficient snow removal operations.
Requirements
  • AZ class license and Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks) and Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles) are required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and under pressure.
