Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at our Lethbridge clinic. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the growth and development of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing and treating out-patient MSK injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, muscle weakness, and limited range of motion.
  • Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on thorough analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Delegating treatment to Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants as needed.
  • Collaborating with the inter-professional team at your clinic to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Physiotherapists.
  • 1-2+ years' experience treating clients in an outpatient setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development.

Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
