Office Operations Coordinator

As an Office Operations Coordinator at Yard Holding Company, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, and managing contracts. You will also be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering electronic enquiries, and compiling data, statistics, and other information. Additionally, you will provide customer service, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Work Environment
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. You will work under pressure and have tight deadlines. You must have a client focus and good time management skills.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- On-site work
