Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Toptable Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and contributing to the development of new menu ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the development of new menu ideas and contribute to menu planning.
  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of culinary experience, preferably in a high-volume fine-dining restaurant.
  • Completion of secondary school and relevant culinary training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
