Compliance Framework Development

As a Senior Compliance Counsel at SimCorp, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our compliance framework. This involves working closely with the Global Compliance team to identify and mitigate compliance risks across various business functions and regulatory areas.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape our compliance framework to the business
* Develop and maintain policies on relevant topics, ensuring consistent application of those policies across the organization
* Participate in activities to regularly monitor compliance activities across the organization and assess their effectiveness
* Maintain accurate records of compliance activities

Requirements:

* Degree in law, commercial law, or any compliance-relevant education
* 3+ years of experience with relevant compliance topics, such as market abuse, sanctions, ABC, COI, etc.
* Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing
* Good understanding of compliance issues and risks, and ability to balance the need for sound business advice with the need for maintaining a high standard of advice
