Business Development Sales Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Sales Lead to join our team at End of the Roll. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:- Assign sales teams to duties, ensuring effective coverage and workload management.
- Authorize payments by cheque, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Order merchandise, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Authorize return of merchandise, resolving customer complaints efficiently.
- Establish work schedules, balancing employee needs and business demands.
- Sell merchandise, meeting or exceeding sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing actionable insights for business growth.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock management.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of retail salespersons and sales clerks, promoting teamwork and productivity.
- Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or related field.
- Degree or equivalent required, preferably in business administration or related field.
- Possess excellent oral communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.
- Experience with cellular phone and other tools/equipment relevant to the role.
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
