About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Behaviour Interactive. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage individual training requests and coordinate logistics for training sessions and workshops.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive training program that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with employees and managers to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
