About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technical Area Sales Manager to join our Sales & Service Team for our Perfect Welding Business Unit in Southwest Ontario. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sale of Fronius Welding Systems & Services to end customers and Sales Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and open new accounts and distribution channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide first-class support and develop sales with existing customers
- Prepare Welding Systems configurations, Service Packages, and quotes based on customer needs
- Participate in trade shows and provide market feedback to shape our strategic direction
Requirements:
- Passion for welding and sales
- Strong technical knowledge of welding (GMAW, SMAW, GTAW) and the welding industry
- Excellent presentation, negotiating, and closing skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours
