Job Description

As an administrative coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team's operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication.
  • Managing office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments with clients and stakeholders.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls and relaying messages.

You will also be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information as required. Additionally, you will greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications are an asset.
